The Opportunity

The French G.O.A.T. has a great product, a clear personality, and a growing following. This project gives it the brand and digital foundations to match that momentum, starting with the essentials and building from there.

This engagement runs in two phases. Phase 1 gets the fundamentals in place: a refined brand, a professional email, a Google Business Profile, and a set of Canva templates so you can market confidently and consistently. Phase 2, whenever you're ready, brings the website and photography into the mix.

Starting with the brand, we'll do a light refinement on what already exists so it works consistently across every format and touchpoint, from your email signature to your social posts.

We'll also take a look at the existing Instagram and Facebook presence with ideas for building on what's already working.

What This Project Needs To Do

Based on our conversations, here are the four outcomes this project is built around.

Scope Of WorkThe French G.O.A.T. Patisserie

What's Included

This project runs in two phases. Brand first, then website and marketing setup. Building in that order means everything reflects the finished brand from day one.

Phase 1 — Brand and Essentials (Current)

Securing thefrenchgoat.ca and getting everything connected, the foundation your professional email and future website will run on.

Professional email address set up using your new domain (hello@thefrenchgoat.ca). A branded email makes a real difference for credibility, especially with wholesale or event enquiries.

The current logo concept and character are strong. This refines and polishes what's already there, colours, typography, and consistency, without a full brand overhaul.

A review of your current Instagram and Facebook presence with practical ideas for building on what's already working and making the most of every post going forward.

Canva Pro set up with your brand kit loaded. Three social media post templates and one price list and menu layout template, all designed to be easy to edit and update independently.

Setup and optimisation so The French G.O.A.T. shows up in local search and on Google Maps.

Phase 2 — Website and Launch (When You're Ready)

No need to commit to this now. When the time is right, this phase covers everything needed to bring your brand to life online.

Home (with Instagram feed embedded), About, Menu and Offerings, and Contact. Built on Squarespace Core with a visual-first layout built to match the quality of what comes out of the kitchen.

Meta titles and descriptions for all pages, image alt text, URL structure, XML sitemap submission, and Google Search Console connection.

A dedicated photoshoot in the commercial kitchen capturing the G.O.A.T. at work, hero product shots, and behind-the-scenes content ready for the website and social use. Photography is coordinated and managed as part of this project.

Once everything is live, I'll walk you through how to manage and update your website independently so you feel confident making changes yourself.

Minor content updates, text changes, image swaps, and small tweaks handled by Clever Duck Marketing at no charge for the first 12 months after launch.

A Few Things To Note

This project covers everything needed to get you live and looking great. A couple of things sit outside the core scope but are worth knowing about.

  • Additional Canva templates or social media management are available and can be quoted separately.
  • Squarespace, Google Workspace, and Canva Pro fees are paid directly by you after handoff. These are outlined in the investment section.
  • Phase 2 pricing is based on current scope and rates. If there's a significant gap before you're ready to proceed, pricing will be reconfirmed at that time.
